師傅專業既教學、細心了解同學每個遇到既難關，每次突破既歡呼鼓勵、coaching後千字文既feedback、跟師傅去fun dive玩水、同埋每次上堂後都有高質片可以打卡⋯⋯都係d好深刻既經歷！

感恩遇到Doris師傅令我接觸到自由潛水呢樣活動，搵番d久違既passion。

From expat to local community, whynot GOT YOUR BACK. I was amazed by the instructor’s ability to help me focusing on the task at hand and the task at hand only.

From a mental standpoint, she boils things down to its simplicity when we are in the water. And I feel like I gain not only a license, but an understanding and appreciation to my body’s ability, oh and the most important thing, I gain friends. You’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of diving in no time.

我本身水性唔太好，上第一堂個陣先啱啱學識游水個幾月左右，未試過游水深高過自己身高嘅泳池。因此，第一次上泳池堂時好掙扎、好緊張。

但Doris好好，會睇實每個學生，俾左我滿滿嘅安全感，感受到有咩事佢都會救到我。Doris好friendly同encouraging，上佢堂好似多左個朋友。

Doris令我感受到自由潛水嘅好玩之處，佢會慢慢陪你去瞭解自己既身體同心理狀態，唔會不斷push你，係一個溫柔既好教練。In Doris, we trust.

教練Doris非常專業並會因材施教。上課氣氛歡樂，無論是心理精神的掌握或實際潛水技巧她都以容易讓學生理解的方式進行教學，確切實踐「輕鬆愉快學習」。

跟Doris教練由0開始學到可以一口氣潛到落25米，每次落水都有滿滿安全感，上返嚟仲細心分析每一個動作，令我可以潛得更放鬆，得閒仲可以跟師傅周圍fundive/外潛，每一次都勁好玩！

Freedive除咗令我學識咗同自己身體溝通之外，仲帶咗好多特別嘅經歷比我！快啲一齊嚟玩啦～

I didn’t know I had it in me to freedive, I wasn’t sure if I could do it. But I do have it in me and coach Doris helped me find it and now I can freedive!
