Application Procedure

  1. Please read the Course Information and Important Note before your application.

  2. Complete the online Course Application Form. After receiving the application, applicant will be contacted via WhatsApp within 3 working days.

  3. Refer to Course Schedule and work out a course schedule with instructor.

  4. After confirmation of course schedule, please settle the course fee by the following method within 3 working days to complete the application process:

  5. Send payment screenshot/receipt via WhatsApp at 9222 4395.

  6. Upon payment confirmation, course learning materials will be provided.

Important Note

1.Cancellation or Change
  • There are no refunds in any circumstances upon payment is settled (Including certificate courses, small group training and regular training).

  • After the course timetable is confirmed, schedule can only be changed once with at least one week's notice.

  • If student is absent from or cancel a class due to personal reasons, no make-up class will be provided and no refund will be issued.

  • If we cancel a class due to instructor absence, a make-up class will be provided.

  • An administrative fee of $400 will be charged for change or cancellation of class at less than 24 hours' advance notice; no make-up class will be provided and no refund will be issued for change or cancellation of class with less than 4 hours' advance notice.

  • If there are less than two students in a class, class will be postponed.

  • All courses must be completed in 3 months since its commencement. Package discount offer and group discount offer for coaching session must be completed on or before October 31 of the same year of enrolment. No make-up class will be provided and no refund will be issued for unfinished course or classes. Students should take the initiative to contact the instructor for class arrangements.

  • We reserve the right to change course times, venues and dates at our discretion. Student will be notified of any changes in advance whenever possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment. Every effort will be made to place students in a similar course. If none is available, a refund will be issued.

2.Gears
  • Students need to prepare their freediving gear including masks, snorkels, wetsuits and fins (Except for AIDA1 course students, gears will be provided). For details, please refer to Gear Checklist.

  • Instructor will provide buoy, weight belt and weight. Gear Rental is available, please contact instructor for details.

  • Please handle all gears with care. If the rental item is returned in damaged condition, student will be charged for the repair cost. If the rental item is confirmed lost or damaged beyond repair, student will be charged for the replacement cost .

3.Inclement WEather
  • In case of severe weather, please refer to Guidelines for Inclement Weather.

  • Instructor will make the final decision according to actual situation and safety of the students. If a class needs to be cancelled, instructor will inform you at the earliest possible time.

  • If a class is cancelled due to severe weather, a make-up class will be provided. No refund will be issued.

4. Others
  • Always follow the instruction of instructors. Students who are unable to follow the instruction of instructor or behave unreasonably in class, we reserve the right to terminate their remaining classes immediately. No refund will be issue and no make-up class will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for any injury to participants, or damages or loss of property as a result of participation in our courses.

  • In case of disputes, we reserves the rights of final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of courses and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

Guidelines for Inclement Weather

  1. Theory session will continue if the Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning during the class.

  2. All classes will be cancelled if the Observatory has made pre-No.8 special announcement two hours before the class.

  3. If the red/black rainstorm or T3 or above warning signals has been lowered two hours before the class, all classes will be held as normal.
